Why U.S. Taxpayers Started — And Stopped — Paying Brazilian Cotton Farmers

Interesting, so the US pays out half a billion to two billion a year in subsidies to US cotton farmers and then another $150 million to Brazilian cotton farmers. There must be a great story in there somewhere that explains why this is a good idea.
