Sexual Minorities Uganda v. Scott Lively

Scott Lively has been showing up a lot in coverage of Obergefell v. Hodges. He is the same guy being prosecuted for his active participation in promoting Uganda legislation to kill gay people. Why give such a fringe idiot any news coverage?
